Wednesday!!
Went to Costco and bought a shelving unit. Costco guys got it into the van for me. Warren will be by in the mornign to bring it into the house.
Breakfast:
Bran Cereal with low fat yogurt
Lunch:
Whole Wheat pasta with tomato Puree
250 ml water
Dinner:
6 oz steak
8 oz green beans
500 ml water
2 ice cream sandwiches (bad girl!... but I love them - still... no excuse.)
